Experiential & Conceptual Design Concepts

Isn’t just a store — it’s a playground for ideas. Think of it as a living collage of brands, colors, and experiences. Designed with a Gen Z spirit, it’s bold, unpredictable, and unapologetically fun. Every corner feels like stepping into your wildest dream, a place where retail blends with art. This is more than a concept store; it’s an ever-changing hub where style, culture, and creativity collide.

For Cairo Design Week 2025, this historic space transforms into an imagined world created by LMD, the developer bringing the Heliopolis District to life. Here, LMD unveils the essence of its next chapter — the Cairo Design District (CDD) at One Ninety, New Cairo the first design district in Egypt and Africa. The installation translates the essence of Cairo Design District into an abstract, sensorial journey — A space that doesn’t tell you what CDD is, but lets you feel it. A place where creativity is not just seen, but experienced.

For Cairo Design Week, we collabed with Wander to develop an experience design concept set in the heart of Downtown Cairo. The idea was to revive this iconic district by weaving its historic character with today’s most sought-after brands and cultural trends. Rather than simply staging what’s popular now, we reimagined how these elements could transform the space into a living, contemporary experience that celebrates both its past and its future.
