PRE Group

New Cairo shares a hot arid climate with regions like Diriyah (Saudi Arabia) and much of Mexico’s plateau zones — where architectural traditions have evolved over centuries to provide comfort, sustainability, and cultural identity. Our design draws inspiration from these environments, not by imitation, but through reinterpretation of climate-optimized principles into a modern, commercial complex.
