Residencial Projects

We approach residential design as an expression of identity, lifestyle, and individuality. Each home is shaped around the people who inhabit it — translating their routines, character, and aspirations into spaces that feel personal and intuitive. Through architecture, interiors, materiality, and carefully considered details, VOID-IDC creates environments that balance function with emotion. The result is a home that goes beyond aesthetics — a space that feels lived, personal, and distinctly its own.
