Filling the VOID with infinite
POSSIBILITIES

Our commercial projects are shaped around more than function — they are designed to create identity, experience, and connection.

From retail and hospitality to workplaces, sales spaces, and mixed-use environments, VOID-IDC approaches each project as a unique narrative. We consider how people move, interact, and feel within a space, translating each brand, context, and purpose into a distinct spatial language.

Through architecture, interiors, materiality, FF&E, and experience design, we create commercial spaces that are memorable, purposeful, and built around the people who experience them.

We approach residential design as an expression of identity, lifestyle, and individuality.

Each home is shaped around the people who inhabit it — translating their routines, character, and aspirations into spaces that feel personal and intuitive. Through architecture, interiors, materiality, and carefully considered details, VOID-IDC creates environments that balance function with emotion.

The result is a home that goes beyond aesthetics — a space that feels lived, personal, and distinctly its own.

We create spaces where design becomes an experience.

From cultural installations and exhibitions to temporary environments and immersive concepts, VOID-IDC brings together space, storytelling, art, material, light, and movement to create moments that invite discovery and interaction.

Each concept begins with a narrative and evolves into an environment that can be explored, felt, and remembered — transforming ideas into experiences that exist beyond the conventional boundaries of architecture and design.

A collection of unconventional design challenges that extend beyond traditional architectural typologies. From tunnels and pedestrian bridges to unique infrastructure and spatial interventions, these projects explore how concept, function, movement, and experience can come together to transform the unexpected into thoughtfully designed environments.

Our resort projects explore the relationship between architecture, landscape, and destination. From masterplanning and unit typologies to landscape and shared amenities, we shape cohesive environments that respond to their setting while creating a distinct sense of place and experience.
